angry?

Is it wrong to be angry with your partner that you’re caregiving for?
I’ve been angry all day since Amy announced she had a sore lower back which means she has another infection. Nurse came to collect urine and test it but we both know it’s an infection.
Hospital called to book another ctscan, nephrostomy tube change and urologist emailed. It was non stop today. I’m tired and so done with all this role entails. I am back to burn out and can I just say that people are morons? Omg they say dumb things to caregivers. It’s not worth repeating just know that caregivers need to hear they are doing a good job and please don’t tell them to “chin up”. Really? You think I wanna be sad? You think I don’t try to see the good in life? Sometimes I simply need a break. Sometimes I need to complain and be sad and sometimes I need to be angry. That’s healthy so stop making those emotions wrong.
